Desktop lifetime license
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase if KarmaPDF has a material technical defect that support cannot resolve, you were charged more than once, or you purchased the wrong plan and promptly contact us. We may decline discretionary refunds after successful activation and substantial use, except where law requires otherwise.
Signature subscriptions
You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not prorate partially used periods unless required by law. If a verified service failure made the paid signing service materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days and we will evaluate a credit or refund.
How to request
Email billing@karmapdf.com from the purchase email address and include the purchase date, plan, Stripe receipt or payment reference, and reason. Do not email card numbers. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
Chargebacks and fraud
A refund, dispute, chargeback, or confirmed fraud event may automatically revoke the related license or service access. Contact billing first so we can investigate ordinary purchase problems.
Non-waivable rights
This policy does not limit cooling-off periods, statutory guarantees, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
